Cardio Tennis is a new, fun, group activity featuring drills
to give players of all abilities an ultimate, high energy workout.
Workout includes 3 segments consisting of;
a warm-up, cardio drills and cool down phases.
It's more about moving and elevating your heart rate
than hitting great strokes.

If your looking for a great new way to get in shape and burn calories,
you must try Cardio Tennis.


Class Schedule
Monday 6:30 to 7:30 pm - pay class
Wednesday 6:30 to 7:30 pm - pay class
Saturday 10:30 to 11:30 am - pay class
